Veggie Hummus Roll-Ups

Ingredients:

  • Tortillas

  • Hummus

  • Spinach or lettuce

  • Carrots, shredded

  • Bell peppers, cut into thin slices

  • Cucumber, cut into thin sticks

Instructions:

  • Lay out a tortilla.

  • Spread a layer of hummus over the tortilla.

  • Place a layer of spinach or lettuce on top.

  • Arrange the carrot, bell pepper, and cucumber slices evenly.

  • Roll up the tortilla tightly.

  • Cut the roll into smaller pieces and enjoy!
