Veggie Hummus Roll-Ups
Ingredients:
Tortillas
Hummus
Spinach or lettuce
Carrots, shredded
Bell peppers, cut into thin slices
Cucumber, cut into thin sticks
Instructions:
Lay out a tortilla.
Spread a layer of hummus over the tortilla.
Place a layer of spinach or lettuce on top.
Arrange the carrot, bell pepper, and cucumber slices evenly.
Roll up the tortilla tightly.
Cut the roll into smaller pieces and enjoy!
