Banana Roll-Ups

Ingredients:

  • Ripe banana

  • Natural peanut butter (or almond butter, sunflower seed butter, etc.)

  • Whole grain tortillas

Instructions:

  • Lay out the tortilla on a flat surface.

  • Spread a thin layer of peanut butter over the entire tortilla.

  • Place a peeled banana at one edge of the tortilla.

  • Roll up the tortilla around the banana.

  • With a parent's help, slice the rolled tortilla into 1-inch sections, creating bite-sized pieces. Enjoy immediately!
