Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other plant-based milk)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon maple syrup (or to taste)
Fresh fruits like berries, mango, or kiwi for topping
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Mix well.
Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
Transfer the mixture into small jars or cups.
Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, or overnight for the best consistency.
When ready to serve, give the pudding a good stir, top with fresh fruits, and enjoy!
