Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other plant-based milk)

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or to taste)

  • Fresh fruits like berries, mango, or kiwi for topping

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Mix well.

  • Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.

  • Transfer the mixture into small jars or cups.

  • Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, or overnight for the best consistency.

  • When ready to serve, give the pudding a good stir, top with fresh fruits, and enjoy!
