Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • Rolled oats

  • Almond milk or any plant-based milk

  • Maple syrup or agave nectar

  • Fresh fruits (like berries, banana slices, or mango chunks)

  • Optional: Chia seeds, flax seeds, or a sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions:

  • In a jar or cup, combine oats with almond milk. The oats should be fully submerged.

  • Add a splash of maple syrup or agave nectar for sweetness.

  • Add optional seeds or cinnamon if desired.

  • Stir well and let kids top with their choice of fruits.

  • Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, give it a stir and enjoy!
