Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
Rolled oats
Almond milk or any plant-based milk
Maple syrup or agave nectar
Fresh fruits (like berries, banana slices, or mango chunks)
Optional: Chia seeds, flax seeds, or a sprinkle of cinnamon
Instructions:
In a jar or cup, combine oats with almond milk. The oats should be fully submerged.
Add a splash of maple syrup or agave nectar for sweetness.
Add optional seeds or cinnamon if desired.
Stir well and let kids top with their choice of fruits.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, give it a stir and enjoy!
